Making and mounting the axle block and housingMark and cut two a pieces of axle block stock to 1 1/2" long. Next mark and cut 2 pieces of 1/4" PEX tubing to 1 3/4" long. Hot glue the PEX tubing onto the axle blocks. You should watch the Hot Glue Gun safety video prior to using it. Make a pencil line parallel to the longer edges as shown in the video. Line up and mark the locations of the pilot holes, then drill.with the 3/32 bit. Do Not hold on to the piece as you drill it as you can injure your self. Always hold the work piece in a vice.
